BEFORE YOU SEND FILES

A few practical details.

Will every PDF work?

The pilot is for selectable-text PDFs with one consistent table layout. Scans, handwriting, complex merged tables, mixed layouts and full accounting interpretation are outside this starting scope. We inspect the source before confirming a quote.

How are the files processed?

We use local extraction scripts, with AI-assisted development and review. Figures are checked against the source. The request form uses FormSubmit and Microsoft Outlook to deliver your brief. Full project-file handling and any external AI processing are agreed separately. Please do not attach confidential documents to the initial request.

Can I get a converter for future batches?

Yes, if the layout is stable. We can scope a reusable converter after checking a representative batch and agreeing the expected inputs, outputs and exception handling. The first service does not include a universal PDF converter.

How do I pay?

Payment terms are confirmed by business email after we review your request. This page and its request form take no payment. Do not send card details or account credentials.
